Everyone was very friendly - the staff and other residents. The pace was relaxed and comfortable. The peace and quiet were very welcome.

Some areas could do with a little upgrading

I liked the fact that it was close to my final destination, and had all the amenities I was looking for.

the food could have been finer. Every thing was ok, but for a 4* rated place, the food should be more delicate, and there should be more wines on the menu.

I like the location, find the staff pleasant, efficient and courteous. My room was clean, comfortable and spacious.

I do not like the location and decor of the dining room. It seems a pity that they ever moved it from the ground floor to the basement.

room was ok but paper peeling from wall in bathroom, plaster broken on cornice on bedroom wall, faded elegance,

waited 12 minutes at breakfast before anyone came to take our order, the waitress did not apologise foir delay but said we had to move tables as tablecloth needed changed and it would take 5 to 10 minutes.told her we liked table we were at but she was adament we had ro move,so we walked out of dining room and complained to receptionist who said waitress was all alone.we left with no breakfast

    Food was very good.

Thought that it wasn't as good as the first time I stayed there around ten years ago. Lacked the little touches it had then like getting a quaich of whiskey when you checked in - petit fours with your coffee - very small and I suppose immaterial in the great scheme of things.

I would especially like to thank the GM for digging our car out after being stuck in the recent snowy weather, Thank you.

Friendly and relaxed and very well stocked whisky bar with knowledgeable staff with "Fine Dining" dinner. Nice pub opposite too. Really easy access by bus and to the Speyside Way.

    The location

Room was old and tired and backed on to a noisy main road. Bed was uncomfortable. Staff were poorly trained (other than receptionist and manager) They even charge for WiFi!

The location close to the whisky distilleries is excellent. The breakfast was versatile as we could order from a breakfast menu. The Quaich bar is excellent!

Excellent location, comfortable rooms and friendly and helpful staff.

Excellent service, nice bar for whiskies testing

today in hotels of this class, wifi should be included and not charged separately (8£/day!). This is prehistoric attitude given the prices of the rooms!

The bar Collection. They gave me the Room for disable People. But when I complain they gave me reduction

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel has an amazing whisky bar with several hundred varieties. The dinner and breakfast were very good.

The room was small and stuffy and although we opened the window, we had difficulty getting fresh air into the room.

    Relaxed atmosphere and pleasant surroundings.

The bed was far too soft and quite uncomfortable. Staff sometimes slow in attending.
